Erinn Reed

CEO & Founder

Ms. Erinn Reed has 20+ years of professional teaching and tutoring experience, having taught Kindergarten through Seventh grade. Ms. Reed attended the University of Kansas where she majored in Elementary Education with a minor in Learning Disabilities. She also attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City and holds a B.A. degree in Psychology. Ms. Reed's tutoring experience began as an undergraduate at the University of Kansas. 2013, after years of classroom teaching experience, Ms. Reed founded Tailor Made Learning. Her desire was to address the gaps in the academic achievement through a customized learning experience.

Hekima Humphries

Programs and Partnerships Manger

Hekima Humphries began his career in education as a coach and has continued in education to assist children to become greater than their surrounding circumstances. He is certified in Restorative Practices and Social Emotional Learning and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Leadership. As Programming and Partnership Manager, Hekima works to build partnerships with schools and community organizations in the effort to expand Tailor Made Learning's reach to more scholars in academic need.

Paige Blessman

Marketing Manager

Paige is a content writer and strategist with a unique mix of creativity and analytical skills. Her experience includes copywriting— e-mail newsletter distribution, website pages, social media management, printed materials, and other content mediums. She has worked with, and produced work for a range of industries: education, healthcare, supply chain, economic development, nonprofits, lifestyle, and more. As Marketing Manager, Paige oversees the website content.

Ms. Blessman earned her B.A. in. Sociology from The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 2015. She is also a positivity and wellness health coach at LetsGetPosi.com.

Theonas L . Barry

Personnel Manager

Theonas L. Barry retired from AAA Michigan where she held the position of Director, Claim Service Center and was responsible for the day to day operations of the claim call center for 13 years. She worked 37 years in the insurance industry and 21 years with AAA in various positions including Claim Training Manager, Regional Claim Manager, Claim Director, overseeing the claim training unit, Human Performance Improvement team, and responsible for staffing and training claim call center personnel.

Ms. Barry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Western Michigan University, 1976 and a Masters of Education, Instructional Design program, from Wayne State University, 2000.
